Payment is required at checkout. Full address is required in order to calculate shipping charges.
It is possible to pay by etransfer. Make note of SKU # and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address, SKU and description of items you are purchasing.
Most orders with be filled within 48 hours, depending on product availability. You will be given an estimated date of delivery at checkout and will be able to track your package once it leaves the post office. Insurance is recommended for purchases over $250.
Should you find that any item purchased from us is faulty or was misrepresented we will offer you a full refund. We stand by all of our products and guarantee they are of top quality and craftsmanship. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and return shipping costs will also be your responsibility.
